If you are dinning in, then the service is good. If you are dinning out, the service is terrible and awful. Take out food should be prioritized as well. It is not worth the wait. Longer waiting times is unacceptable especially when they are not busy during the times I have ordered. I counted 7 tables being waited on with customers. Completely insane.

My meal was not too great this time. My steak was overcooked and tough. I waited 15 to 20 mins in the parking lot for my food. Normally the food is good.

Bartender was excellent. Steak was cooked just right.

Waited 15 mins for a server to approach the table where we put in a full order. The bread, appetizer, salad, and entree all came out within 3 minutes of each other. A dirty plate was brought with the bread but we just ignored that. Immediately after receiving the entree I asked for to go boxes since there was no way the app, salad and bread were getting finished. It made us feel incredibly rushed. By time I shuffled around all of the plates on the table, the center of my steak had already gone cold. The manager was brought over where she faulted me for not eating it quickly enough and said “you got it medium rare and it’ll get cold if you left it sit too long and go rare. Do you want me to take it off your ticket or get a new one?” She then makes a crude, presumptuous comment about how “that’s probably the most expensive thing you ordered” and walked away. Carol, you are unprofessional as hell. That was a disgusting remark by you as the restaurant manager.
