Hibachi Buffet Grill - Spartanburg

I honestly hate to give a failing restaurant such a poor review, but we visited tonight, and I wish we hadn't. The food was not good. It was old. This makes sense; because it is a buffet with no business, they are pushing the limits on expiration. The service was rude. I see no reason to return and apparently no one else does either.

I have never been to a hibachi buffet where you have to pay up front. I went to the grill as my first stop. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for the guy to come over to cook my food despite the workers being in the back and seeing me. The lady clearing plates was super aggressive. She wanted to take plates before we were even done with them or she would be at the table the second me moved them to the edge. The food wasn't as good as I had hoped.

Payed 40 dollars for 2 buffets, half of the buffet was almost empty and wasn't filled the whole time we were there... and the food wasn't even good, then we get ready to go and ask for to go boxes and they're 10 dollars extra per box. horrible food for the price.

They had a nice buffet. there were various types of meat bite and several vegetables. they also had a beautiful dessert and salatable. I really enjoyed it. we were constantly offered on drinks refill. fantastic waitress

Typical hibachi as in flanders a. good, good eating very good service. an art oasis in the middle of nowhere. cheap lunch price $12. I can't beat!
