Cook Out - Spartanburg

Look out for the cookout they used to say. And I did just that Saturday night after returning home from a match my son had in rutherfordton North Carolina. And Let me say the food was delicious. Of course I hadn't eaten in so long that I was beginning to forget what food looked like. So I'm sure that contributed to My overall take on the place. But I must say that they were open late and there was so many cars in the Drive-Thru that it looked like the Stones were in town. Yet despite the fact that they were serving so many customers we still made it through in a timely fashion and had a bag full of food that was so reasonably priced I didn't need a cosigner. So yes by all means if you looking for a burger in your own that side of town Cook out is a good place to go.

Literally got 3 onion rings and 2 hush puppies with my tray order. Burger was cold. The double line does not work, the waiting time was 20 minutes for shi* food. At the price of $22.50 for 2 people, can you at least keep the food warm, and maybe a few additional pages? Awful. I remember why I wasn't here.

I never take the time to write reviews, but I never had anyone so rude to me for no reason. I used to try to order a cooktop. I'm not sure if the worker was only angry or not really cared for, but she cried about the intercom. She didn't even want to get my order out without interrupting me. If I had gone out of line and had gone easy, trust me that I had it! In addition, when I came into the window to get my food, the car had just pulled away from me and I moved up when she murmured around her under her breath. Please? just don't have a job in customer service if you don't know how to treat a customer. It wasn't even up to fast food standards. Just rough.

As far as food goes quickly, I would offer this place via the other Burger joints only for taste and all themes. Plus 40 milkshake flavors. I'll be honest although I really don't understand her menu and how to order. The burgers are always good, with frits and onion rings, but the Hush puppies were dry for me. By the way, if you don't know what a walk taco is, it's all the fixin in a Doritos bag ..

Worst situation conceivable! One side of the two lanes does not work and there is no signature to indicate that they cannot take your order. Or they ignore customers on the outside lane. I don't know what's worse. Time wasted and terrible customer service. Believe the 0-1 star reviews and do not believe that your experience will be better or think long lines are good. You will be so disappointed that I had to wait 30 minutes and leave empty. Zaxbys nearby could provide a fast service with fewer people. Maybe Cookout can ask for advice on how to run a business?
