Chipotle Mexican Grill - Spartanburg

It was my first time at Chipotle, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was hot and very tasty. However, they only offer Tabasco sauce as a condiment, which was a bit disappointing. While I don't usually smother my food in sauces, I felt like a few extra options would have enhanced the meal. The service was quick and accurate with my order. The seating was a bit cramped at this location, but all in all, I had a satisfying meal.

Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing Chipotle experiences we've had. The bathrooms were relatively clean, but the toilet paper was not properly stocked—just balanced on the handicap bar next to the toilet. The floor also appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. The overall quality of the food reflected a similar level of neglect. The rice was gummy and lacked any seasoning (the cilantro-lime white rice was particularly bland), the cilantro was brown and mushy, and the meat was overcooked and poorly seasoned. We always make it a point to stop at Chipotle restaurants during our road trips, and I’m sad to say this visit left us very disappointed. I know this might be an isolated incident, as we visited two other locations (from Georgia to Kentucky) that were amazing! This restaurant just needs to step up their game a bit.

I've always enjoyed dining here and the staff has typically been friendly. However, during my last few visits, I encountered a girl who was unexpectedly rude. She rolled her eyes at me while I was placing my order and seemed reluctant to add the toppings I requested for my burrito. It ended up being mostly just a tortilla. I’m not sure I want to return.

I have never ever got a burrito from chipotle, which I don't like literally the most unpacked person in the world and I love this place. but let me tell them ethereal, the workers do not care, or the cook did not know what they did so badly. I order exactly the same from the east main road and this one east capital is so much better. Maybe hire workers who want to work and not those who make shortcuts especially with means of living

I get it good workers are hard to find. No body wants to work on the food industry anymore. The line was out the door. The people working were doing the bare minimum. Some were on there phone and others had Attitudes. When asked for stake the young lady turned around and looked at the grill and said it would be awhile. We then said we 'll go with the chicken. Right when she scooped the chicken into the bowl someone said stake was done. The service was not good at all. There was no customer service. It didn 't seem like any Chipotle I have visited before. We did get our food to-go. When we got home and started to eat we noticed the sour cream had a really bad taste to it . It was so bad that we couldn 't eat it anymore. We both only had maybe 3 to 4 bites before noticing the bad sour cream. I don 't think we will be visiting this location anymore unless the get better management.
