Contribuiți la feedbackThe bartenders here actually know how to make a mixed drink, without having paid themselves like them just $7 for some limes taste and ice, but not overwhelming on the alcohol taste. I mean, I was so pleased to have a real house margarita, I went and tipped the two ladies behind the bar. Additionally, our waitress was super bright and ingenious and creepy. we didn't have to wait long to get our food that was delicious from the chain. I had a loaded mac and cheese dishes and some wings it was so good. beautiful discovery! it seems as if it had been a very long time since I was impressed by any restaurants mixed drinks!
Two. we stopped at this buffalo wild wing position and both of them were not very busy, but waiting hours were long. the first time they were barely busy and said that the waiting period would be about 1.45 hours, and yesterday only a few tables had space, but we had to wait half an hour. it seems they don't have enough server or they just don't care about customers and their business. wings and fries were very good, but they were made of several wings and carrots.
It was not in bw3 in a minute. in over 6 years. use them to work there. but I wanted some sauces. a lot on 20 boneless and fries, but it has not changed. ordered online, showed up waiting to welcome 5mins to say someone will be with them in a minute. I looked at the bag, no one checked it. it comes with sauce (I ordered on the side) plus the two I paid. this review is all about something sauce. but they had to sit in one since they first fell. oh and up to 4 blue cheese only three.
Short staff, took too long to get my wings. my friend had finished her whole meal before my wings arrived. our first waitress was great, but her layer ended, and the girl she took came by once and imagined when we never saw her again. Of course, the 20% top I wanted to leave turned into 5 dollars. I am a great tipper, but I want good service!
We arrived at the restaurant shortly before 7 PM. It was surprisingly quiet with only about five tables occupied, which led me to believe we would receive above-average service. After being seated, we waited about ten minutes for our server to greet us. This was not a major issue, as she seemed to be finishing up with another table, leaving her with just one other occupied table besides ours. I have to say that she was exceptionally sweet, which is why I rated this experience two stars instead of one. When she introduced herself, she explained that they were short-staffed, which puzzled me given the low number of guests. We reassured her that we understood and were patient. There were two adults and four kids in our group, all over the age of ten. After about 15 minutes, she took our drink order, and we also ordered two appetizers to give her some time to catch up. Our drinks were served in stages: first, two arrived, then three more from other staff members, leaving me without a drink. After that, we didn’t see our server for another 25 to 30 minutes. When she finally returned, I mentioned that it had been over thirty minutes since we were seated and I still hadn’t received my drink. She quickly apologized and hurried off to get it for me. After that, we placed our main food orders, but we still hadn’t received either of our appetizers and assumed they would arrive soon. Another 20 minutes passed, and we still hadn’t seen the appetizers. I was beginning to get frustrated as it shouldn’t take that long for appetizers (45-50 minutes after ordering). Unfortunately, we couldn’t even ask our server anything because she was nowhere to be found. Eventually, she walked by and reassured us that our appetizers would be out shortly. When she finally delivered them, it was clear they had been sitting under a heat lamp rather than being freshly made. As she placed the appetizers on the table, she mentioned that our main dishes would be coming right after. This didn’t add up since there was a 30-minute gap between our appetizer and main course orders. When the main dishes arrived, our fries were nearly cold, and some of the orders were incorrect. For instance, we received dry-rubbed wings instead of sauced ones. This was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to speak with the manager, which is something I usually dislike doing. However, we were looking at a bill exceeding $120, and I expected better quality for that price. The manager was very kind and offered to remake the incorrect orders and provide fresh fries. She also mentioned she would discount our bill, which was reassuring. After sitting back down, we received the fresh fries almost immediately along with the corrected orders, although it was confusing since it should have taken longer to fix the mistakes. The way they corrected the dry-rubbed wings was simply to coat them in sauce on top of what was already there, which made them quite unappetizing. In the end, we opted to accept the discount and move on. The manager applied a $15 discount, which didn’t seem commensurate with the issues we faced. We hardly touched 80% of the appetizers and didn’t eat 2 out of 6 of our orders due to errors. I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this was a very disappointing experience, to say the least. While I know this won’t impact the location, we won’t be returning. I sincerely hope other diners receive better service than we did!
