Only one delivered and it was barley warm and NO Biscuit.Delivery driver told us to call the store we did and they kept hanging up on us repeatedly ,Then they would not answer the phone at all.CALLED the OTHER Bojangles next to WALMART Boiling Springs to see if they had a number that the other store might answer and she wanted to know why and we told her and she said if we come up there they would make it right and they did. So my advice is to go to Bojangles Walmart NOT next to Spinx.
Ordered 2 sausage biscuits just now, didn't check the bag like I should've, but got home to only one hardened shell of a biscuit and cold sausage. Why me though?
You can never go wrong with some bojangles. I remember when i was in the hospital, near death. The only thing i requested was a meal from bojangles. The spice from the fries brought me back to complete health. It was astonishing. Thank you so much. If you ever have a bad day, eat bojangles. If you’re ever near death, EAT
My husband ordered 2 bacon , egg, and cheese biscuits. They were put together sloppy, egg was sliding off one side cheese off the other and when I took the top off to try to fix it, it fell apart, and the eggs were swimming in grease .The only thing that wasn’t greasy was the bacon. I was only able to eat about half of it, and my dog got the rest You expect a certain amount, considering what you’re ordering and where you’re ordering it from , but this was ridiculous. My husband said it seemed as if whoever prepared it must have thought to themselves,Ggo ahead and dunk these in some more grease just to make sure there’s enough.”When I called to complain, I explained my complaint to the “manager”, who sounded and acted like a 15 year old girl and not an adult manager .She put me on hold and when she came back to the phone, she said “manager, may I help you?”, I told her that I was just speaking with her about our order, it had only been 2 or 3 minutes since I explained it to her, and she wanted to know what was wrong with it, as if she had not talked to me at all . That’s when I became annoyed, raised my voice, and told her they were inedible. She yelled at me to be quiet and then placed the blame on us for not ordering properly.. She said we should order that our eggs not be cooked in grease and I didn’t listen to the rest I hung up after telling her I was calling corporate, which I did.When this branch opened, I would drive out of my way to go to it because it was so good and in a short time it has gone downhill and this experience with the so-called manager, and the food has turned me against Bojangles.After reading other reviews The owner of the franchise should take notice and get rid of his surly,argumentative employees and put some proper management in there to ensure that the food is cooked as it should be and customers are treated with respect, especially when they’re speaking to a so called manager with a complaint.
Nathan at the drive thru is terrible and needs to be fired or severely reprimanded. His attitude and demeanor does not to be anywhere near customers. He gave us the wrong order…took it back and gave it to the car behind us after we touched the order. I don’t believe that is your protocol for safety and health. Then he gave us drinks with no straws. After asking about straws he said we had to wait on straws until we received our meal….and then told us to pull up to a parking spot. The straws were literally right in front of him. But I guess he had the Christmas spirit of the Grinch and wanted to show us he hated people and his job. Something so simple can have a major impact on a business reputation and impact employee morale when they see a co worker/management acting in this irresponsible behavior. If I was the owner of this locating he would be terminated immediately as I can tell I’m not the first or last customer that will complain about him. I’m pretty sure his peers don’t like him as well as they were appalled by his treatment of us. Hopefully your organization can rectify this with valid feedback to show him that this is no a representation of your level of service.
