Panda Garden Buffet - Sparta

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, often driving 35 minutes just to eat here, but my last two visits have been very disappointing. This most recent experience was particularly bad; I noticed several other customers complaining as well. The food appeared to have been sitting out for hours— it was discolored, chewy, and when he finally brought out some fresh items, they were mixed in with the old food, despite my pleas not to do so. When I settled the bill, I felt it necessary to tell the owner/manager that the quality had really declined, especially compared to about a year ago. He seemed indifferent to my concerns. I really hope they can turn things around, as I’ve seen too many complaints about the food being left out for too long and tasting bad. It’s no surprise that there were only four tables occupied during my visit. It’s time for them to wake up and address these issues.

It's a nice place to eat, but during my last visit, I found a customer's hair in my food. So, if you decide to dine there, be cautious with your food. I really enjoy eating there, but that experience was disappointing.

The food is great! They even have food for kids which I thought was cool like pigs in a blanket and pizza rolls haha

I only ordered chicken lo mein and a side of vegetables. It was decent. However, since this was my first visit, I think it's only fair to give it another chance.
