Mcdonald's - Sparta

It's fast food, nothing special. Unfortunately, either something is missing, or burger condiments are to one corner. Ask for napkins!! They appear to hold on tightly to them!

Terrible food! Terrible service! Terrible atmosphere! McDonald 's in general is terrible. I 'm about to boycott this place! Between Cookeville and Sparta, I don 't know which one 's are worse. I ordered through the app, sat for about 15 minutes at the spot, people next to me are looking behind them at the store. I start wondering myself what 's taking so long. I go inside, sandwich open in my hand, the kid says to me, was it missing something on it . I asked him, what do you think, would you eat this in your car . He didn 't say a word and called over the manager. She took one look at it and apologized. I 'm thinking, okay great.. she 's got this. The sandwich returns to me this time with very little of anything on it and this time including mustard! That 's one thing I specified I did not want. The ticket was attached to the paper and they still screwed it up. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be remade, the customers behind me mention they 're waiting over 20 minutes for their food. I mentioned that to her after I demanded a refund after receiving yet again the incorrect order. I work in food service and I know what it 's like when it 's busy but this place was backed up in the drive-thru and inside wasn 't much better. She mentioned they were short-handed and I 'm not so sure about that. There were plenty of people inside. The ones that were cleaning could have been working to help out the rest of the team to get through the rush. Absolutely dysfunctional and downright gross and disgusting is what I received and what I seen inside. The place was not very clean and probably one of the worst McDonald 's I 've been to in a long while. I 'm very critical of McDonald 's because they seem to never get it right! How do they stay in business??? Giving out food that looks like this is absolutely disgusting! I took pictures of it before I fully unwrapped the sandwich and after opening and flipping it and taking the pictures.. that was my decision making in going in to have it corrected only for the situation to be worse and I will not be back here.. EVER!

Good McDonald's the staff is friendly and fast service

Clean, nice staff, food literally came out like less than 5 minutes after we ordered. Makes me wish I lived in Sparta just for the McDonald's. Carolyn was great and very friendly! This McDonald's deserves raises!

Service is slow, workers are rude, order wasn't right after being ask to wait, and all the fries were cold AFTER being ask to wait. Worst experience EVER at McDonald's. Needs better management.
