My wife, who has a disability, and I were asked to leave the hotel while we were out for a coffee drive. The management declined to discuss the additional $500 charge that we incurred.
The pricing was very reasonable, and the room was tidy. The elevator to access the room was small and somewhat unreliable, so we decided to take the stairs instead. The only downside was the check-in process, which was a bit frustrating.
