Great food. Great service. Came down with family for a lunch on Sunday. Pleasant reception and hospitality. Saw in one review a person complaining that the meat was frozen. In order to slice thin for Mongolian bbq meat must be frozen to pass through the slicer. So, if you got some frozen meat this means that it was sliced before going to the buffet, which is the most desirable practice to ensure food safety. Nothing wrong with that. My experience was awesome. Meat looked fresh, sides were delicious. Place was clean and pristine. This place is great and is local owned! Support it!

The food is fresh/healthy and they always have a great selection. Prices are reasonable and even with a small bowl I always have leftovers. Our servers are always friendly and helpful. If you haven't tried MB Grill, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely one of the best restaurant to eat at in Sparks, NV. The food is amazing with so many options. Everyone in the family will love this place.

This is our first time here and the selection of meats and veggies are fantastic , varieties of saucse. Will definitely coming back and would recommend everyone to try this place
