Little Caesars Pizza - Sparks

They have a good lower management team. The food is fresh and if you have any complaints they are quick to fix it. They handle rush hour better than Prater street store has ever handled rush hour. Really good customer service with allot of well trained young men and women.

Recently renovated, better than the other little Caesar's in town.

Food is generally ready very quickly. Pizzas often have large bubbles that push all toppings away. They seem to have a hard time cutting pizza slices completely or on center. Otherwise consistency is on par with the Little Caesars chain. Orders have always been accurate.

Every time I order a pizza from them, the whole middle of the pizza is never completely cooked and like a spicy dough. Would recommend and will not go back there.

I paid for a pizza and crazy bread I never received because they cancel my order 10 minutes after it was accepted to arrive!! You did nothing to solve the problem after two of them promising to regain the order, and leaving 2 voice mail to companies because they don't want to deal with their anger, much less even apologise or do it right! Everyone knows the owners of this franchise because I want to contact them and tell them how bad their customer service is!
