Extremely friendly staff, held door open for the family. Respectfully helped us pick our meals. The meals were also great. Perfect balance of ingredients throughout. Thank you staff, we had a great experience. 5/7/2022 1045

I hope the company is reading these reviews. I come to this location probably more than any fast food spot ever. I love the Del Taco . It is better than the Taco Bell supreme taco. So I know this restaurant. Now the staff has always been good, especially the assistant manager with the tats, she is soooooo cool. Not sure if she 's there anymore, she was a catch that probably got away, as I have not seen her. Anyway. A month ago, on taco Tuesday, I got three of the regular tacos. Unfortunately for me, I had Covid recently, and it was affecting my taste buds, so I didn 't catch that the taco shells were RANCID. But I caught a whiff of the bag when I reached for my second one, and oh my God, I freaking ate one. Needless to say, I got food poisoning and all that goes with it. I called them up right away and told them to THROW OUT THOSE SHELLS. I did not hammer them on Yelp, because **** happens, and like I said, I come here a lot and the staff is pretty cool. Forgiveness granted. That said, I came back tonight for the first time because once someone poisons you, you become reticent. Tonight I got three Del Tacos, as I was really hungry. I pulled over to eat at Sprouts before doing some shopping, and lo and behold, not rancid shells EXTREMELY STALE SHELLS. Old shells. Nasty shells. And the pathetic tomatoes that were on top were not to be fed to humans. Just a crappy taco with NO LOVE... Also, I rarely drink soda. But when I do I get a Coke, and when you haven 't had one in months, they are so good. So I got a coke too. Mixed wrong, it was more water than Coke. This place needs a quality control overhaul. WTF Del Taco, you only serve this limited food. You must serve a 100 tacos a day, how can this happen, not once, but twice? I happened to be in a hurry, so no call, no take back, no more breaks. D.O.N.E. Clean up your act, or stop serving people food. I don 't care about your labor shortage, I really don 't. I don 't mind waiting a half hour for food, but I do mind you giving me poor quality food. I will not be back, which really sucks, but this cannot stand and I won 't trust you to screw me a 3rd time. Oh yeah, my other major pet peeve, not one freaking napkin and I had to wait until he came back to the window to ask for hot sauce. Grrrr.

I got jalapeños on my queensadilla after I had asked them to be removed, and then my soda in the grunde is only sodawater there is no sirup what ever do.

This is probably the best fast food for her health, I had a bean and cheese burrito with a del taco 4.00 she gave me a big water, how is the folk?
