Bj’s Barbecue - Sparks

Very laid-back eatery with an excellent wait staff. I had the tri tip dinner with fries and corn bread. The meat was super tender, and the medium bbq sauce was a nice combo of tangy and hot. The fries were crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside, and they were served in a small bucket, awesome. This leaves me with the corn bread. OMG, I could have made a meal out of this. It was served with butter, but it was absolutely not needed. This was like biting into a slice of heaven. Very moist with a sweet flavor that left you begging for more. 100 percent I will be coming back when in town again.

Her bbq is incredible, but jackie is the best! Nothing makes an amazing meal better than great service and friendly talk.

Not the meal for the faint of heart it is a smorgasbord of gastronomic pounders. A giant burger patty on to of a mound of fries and fried onions strips topped with mac and cheese doused in bbq sauce and all topped of by a couple of eggs and bacon. Also a side of lol
