What a great place. Travelled from Bergen County and well worth the trip. Great vibe. Place was hoping even on rainy night. Food was terrific. Lobster and spaghetti fabulous. Grilled fish terrific. Accommodated wife’s food allergies. Get the sugar donuts for dessert. Will be back with friends. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

What’s not to love? This place has great ambiance, great service, great drinks and great food. We ordered the special heirloom tomatoes with fried avocado. Sooo good! Our server Jenna was amazing and recommended the field green salad, chopped with pistachios with extra dressing in the side. Also had a combination oysters with shredded horseradish. Again, so good! Main course filet with bernaise sauce and mashed potatoes and rainbow carrots. Truly loved everything. Can’t wait to go back.

Marie was the best! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for the shower! The decor, service, food and bar were the best ever! Kid-friendliness: The special menu for the kids was wonderful! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 5

Probably my 4th time eating at Roost. The tall waiter had a rather poor attitude from the start. When asked about the West coast Oysters are they like Kumomoto 's? he said no nothing like them and walked away. I knew we were in for an interestinhg experience. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine and while clearing the appitizers, the bus person spilled a glass all over my friend and I. While he apologized, the waiter who saw this didn 't even come over to say anything. Three of us ordered meat entree 's and two arrived over cooked. After our experience we just ate them since the hassle of dealing with him wasn 't worth it. When asked if he intedned to replace the spilled wine never mind offering dry cleaning) he said he planned to take care of it .We ordered dessert and asked what he meant by take care of it and he offered us a glass of house wine. While any restaurant can overcook a steak, the level of arrogance by this servier is not ok. I get the fereling like he is family or something becasue most servers would be afraid of loosing their job behaving like him. Dinner was over $200 per couple. I think we probably won 't be returning. Too bad.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and DIL. They absolutely loved it! The food was great and place is so inviting and clean. Staff was on point and professional. They highly recommend to visit. They will be going back.
