Two Jack's Pizza - Spanish Fork

I’m really disappointed. We used to love Two Jacks, but it has become a rare treat for us due to its higher prices. I'm not sure what has changed—perhaps the ownership or management. We ordered two pizzas and a breadstick, but the quality was far below what I would consider average. I really hope things improve, but for now, I'll be looking for my pizza elsewhere. This restaurant used to serve the best cheese sticks, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. I ordered some tonight and found that the cheese didn't even cover half of the sticks when I got home. It felt like only a third of the cheese they used to provide. Honestly, it felt like I paid ten dollars for a small round piece of bread instead of actual cheese sticks. From now on, I think I'll just make the drive to Fat Jack's Pizza in Payson to satisfy my cheese cravings—they still know how to do it right.

The food is always good but the service isn't always the best. The few times I've been in the last month, I notice that people who come after me and order there, get their food before me. I sit and wait for my togo order and it's always the same. And they say 15 minutes but i waited 45 one of the times. Seems like they need a more adult leader to keep things on track.
