Jurassic Tacos - Spanish Fork

We've had their tacos and they're fantastic. We tried the asada fries and one of the salads. Nothing awful, but not great. Cheese wasn't melted. Meat was minimal. Very underwhelming. Seating is limited. Stick to the Tacos

Nice atmosphere, really nice cashier. The food was just ok. I got the Jurassic taco with Al pastor. I think I will try a different meat next time. Not a fan. I will try something else next time and give it a second chance.

I love to get the Carne asada tacos with cucumbers and pickled onions along with various sauces. I am not a fan of the rice and beans.

Okay this was probably one of the best burritos I've ever had in my life. We got the Picanha meat, which turns out to be the top edge cut of a rump roast or known as “top sirloin cap” or “rump cap”. The guacamole was incredible, the meat was seared and cooked to perfection, and I really enjoyed the crispy tortilla.
