Good cookies, but their terrible service deserves zero stars. As I walk in a female employee at the register rudely asked, What do you want? No basic common sense greeting of, “Hi, what can I get for you?” And after ordering, in a robotic tone she just said Put your card there” as she’s walking away from me with better things to do. Zero basic customer service skills, just an attitude of, how dare you bother me at my job and make me work! I am spending my money with your establishment when I could go elsewhere, I deserve some respect. From now on I’ll go to the Springville location where I’m not punished for giving them my business.
