P&j's Waffle Delight - Spanaway

Have driven by lots of time and have always wanted to stop and try, I finally did. I ordered the Sweet Bacon, and let's just say I'll be back next weekend, and probably the weekend after that. haha. Very friendly and delicious food.

So I’ve been wanting to try this out for a while, and I was finally able to go today. My boyfriend got the Sweet Bacon, which was the bacon waffle with caramel fried chicken, and I got the LOL, which was the original waffle with the tangy garlic fried chicken. Both were absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend both. I definitely want to go again next week.

I rarely ever give 5 stars but they def earned it. The owner was a really nice dude. We talked footbLl while he made my food. I had the Bacon waffle with caramel chicken and it was not only the best waffle i ever had. But also the best chicken. Now i have only ever ate from 4 food trucks but this was def the best. And honestly id put it in my top 5 best dishes i have eaten from a restaurant. I love how they change their menu each weak so you can alwaya try something different. I highly recommend them and will def eat there again

Fantastic customer service. The cleanliness and care of the truck was outstanding. It really feels like you're getting food from a quality restaurant at food truck prices. I would highly recommend trying them out
