Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant has inconsistent service. Every time I visit, there seems to be new staff. The morning team is efficient and friendly, but the night team is unpleasant and seems disinterested. The process at the drive-thru window is simply transactional and lacking in customer service. It feels like they just want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. Make sure to ask for any condiments or sauces before reaching the window, as they may not offer them otherwise. Overall, the service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired.
The staff is friendly whenever we have dined inside. The orders are always correct no matter how much food was ordered for the family. Dining area is kept clean by employees. Only downside is the play area is closed for the kiddos.
I received a burger with paper in it. I informed them and they apologized and remade the sandwich.
Messed up orders twice. Caught it while there the other time I was home. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience though. They never put enough condiments on burgers. It’s always dry along with cold fries. There’s a burger king on pac ave that’s better. I think it’s like 160th? Just go there. I cringe knowing fast food workers want 20 bucks an hour.
I only received half of my order and they do not answer the phone, so good luck reaching them. They should work harder to earn more money and do their jobs properly. I never received a promotion for going above and beyond in my job duties.
