Waitresses are always present and are therefore at the small care of customers, the boss also shows herself regularly. first time I have a real treat and excellent dessert. qualitative level price nothing to say .c is more than reasonable.
We had dinner there for the birthday of my man. the food was delicious! very creative cuisine, delicious, beautiful presentation. the only side was: 1) the atmosphere (forces very cold and impersonal,) 2) the delay between the main course and dessert. We waited for over 40 minutes. 3) and I would have expected a bit more professionalism for the service as it has a star (one of the server was really top professional and the other, although a very friendly girl, might have been on a internship there and it requires improvement). overall a good experience.
It's freezing. despite a shy fire. on the menu, dishes prepared in advance and heated. short, star unworthy. incredible that at noon there is no lunch formula and that we were forced to take on a map of 60€. No wine worthy of this name for the foie gras. The duck had more torso than the duck. It's just a bad thing.
A very disappointing evening, We where a few years before and we had a great experience. But the chef looks like he doesn't like cooking anymore. As an amuse we had a shrimp that was not tasy at all. It was fried and a medium shrimp in a sushi restaurant is better. Then we had the truffele salad wich was a complete joke. Some potatoes, some salad and truffel and that was it. It was a disaster. Then as our starter we had the fish. It was complety overcooked and there was no taste in it left. After this course we decided to pay one menu and leave. This restaurant is not worth a michelin star at all. And it is a shame that they still have it. I really hope that the chef improves again because he was an amazing chef. But we are not ever coming back to this restaurant.
