Three O Two At H10 London Waterloo

Just don't go to this restaurant unless you have the patience of a saint. We waited to be seated and then waited half an hour before asking the waiter to forget the cava and G and T we had ordered and just bring the wine. No explanation or apology was given by any of the different people we had asked to chase our drinks. Basically the team here need training and organisation. We live very close to this place and will cheerfully walk past it to any restaurant.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding - very friendly, informative, and courteous, especially regarding guests with gluten-free requirements. The Iberico plate and steak were delicious, as well as the presentation of all dishes. The portions were on the smaller side, but this allowed us to enjoy dessert, which was also very good. Surprisingly, the restaurant was not very busy, despite the exceptional service and food quality. Given the experience, it should have been packed!

We had a pre-dinner drink at the bar downstairs. If we had known there was a sky bar above, we would have preferred to go there instead. It would have been helpful if the staff mentioned this option to customers. We had a great deal, so it was very affordable. Dinner was enjoyable, the Iberico pork was tender and served with a delicious rich sauce. However, we found nothing appealing on the dessert menu, so we decided to skip it. The restaurant had a noticeable strong fishy smell.

This was my first visit to Three-O-Two and I was thoroughly impressed by the extremely friendly staff! The cuisine was exquisite and I definitely plan on returning. The only downside was that there were no window tables available, which would have enhanced the overall experience even further.

A nice meal for our high-time anniversary. starter of sardine makrele, scallops and Spanish sausage. main dishes of sucking sponge, excellent, lamb with an salat. very friendly staff and it was great not to be rushed.
