Strada - Southwark

Just wandering around the Tower Bridge and hunger called for something Italian when I stumbled across Strada for dinner. I must say I entered the place only to have the view it provides. Definitely go here to have some Italian food with a view when around Tower Bridge.While this place checks the list for perfect view and a good ambience, I felt that the food was a little on the lower end of satisfaction. I had ordered as below br br/>Basket of Italian Breads AverageCaprino Pizza BestCannelloni Pasta PoorThe pasta penne were not properly cooked and upon notifying it to the management, they readily replaced it with a new one. The irony was that the latter was also similar if not the same. The pizza was my favorite and the Italian breads only complimented it.I'd definitely recommend this place for the view to have Italian food with a couple of drinks. The lower rating goes because of the average food.

Een here on quite a few occasions over the past years. Love the atmosphere and the food is usually very good. At today’s lunch we had to wait an hour before we got our starters and had to ask where they were.

Must Haves: Truffle Fries, Seared King Prawns, Coco Ham Funghi Pizza, Chicken and Mushrooms. Great location overlooking Tower Bridge and amazing service.
