The most horrible customer service from a “manager” called Sarah or Sara. We ordered pizza and costing us in total £22 for a small order, with extra charges. After one hour it didn’t arrive and we had to call the restaurant to find out what’s happened to our order; the horrible customer service we received from such an unprofessional employee of the restaurant is beyond me. Our delivery never arrived, we were told “there’s nothing that could be done” HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS ON FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS THROUGH DELIVEROO??!!! How is this even legal?!!! They’ve clearly accepted the order and charged our account, don’t send the order or contact us regarding this! How on earth has this restaurant managed to get away with this not once but twice?!!! We called deliveroo to resolve this and they actually noted this and said it were the restaurant themselves who are at fault for accepting the orders and not providing deliveroo with the food. Will be reporting to local businesses around and gather, investigation into this horrible business and how on earth can this “franchise” employ such unprofessional people to deal with customers??

If you live nearby this pizza place, go and grab yourself a delicious crispy £6 pizza which is ready in less time than you can go across the road and get cash out to buy it. You can have whatever toppings you want and it's using a real Italian wood burning oven. If you're lucky they will put a dash of truffle oil on your pizza for you. And order the garlic bread! It's so crispy and delicious! So tasty and delicious at such a good price! (only £6 if you collect it and you have to pay in cash, but worth it)

I ordered a couple of pizzas yesterday and the delivery was never received. The manager said that the delivery was successfully completed, but I am still waiting for it or a refund. I have contacted the Deliveroo Customer services and unable to help after a long complaint because the restaurant states they have delivered. I will try to contact the manager when they open again or rase a charge back.

Pizzas were delivered an hour late on Sunday afternoon- staff were rude and obnoxious. They sent the wrong pizzas and tried to argue that they hadn't. The quality was terrible.

The waiter was very efficient and resourceful in guiding us to a hard-to-find location.
