Poor service. for new years and what a disappointment. I had pre-booked the set-nye menu, which was a glass of cava on the entry that did not happen, the man was confused and gave us the a la carte menu and fought to understand our requests. / my own and partner waited to get only one drink, and that was only after the waiter had left us. the restaurant was not busy, so there was no apology for the complete lack of service./ everything we wanted from drinks, had to be put in the bill, no service appreciable.

Must bring his act together. this is a wonderful Spanish restaurant, between forest hill and east dulwich, but it must get its act together. we were several times and had great eating and a reasonable service. but at the silvester was eating on average for the poor and the service abysmal. this is a great scandal, as there are only a few Spanish restaurants in this part of the south-eastern london. the restaurant needs someone in front of the house who knows what they do and who knows how to take care of customers.

Had a great meal there by having a set menu and a bottle house white wine. the total invoice was 70 for two without desert. eating was good and plentiful. could hardly breathe when we ate so much. service of waitresses was great, but headwater type was somehow miserable and abrupt. the atmosphere on a Saturday evening was a happy prey of half a full restaurant. not as disturbing and dizzying as galicia in croydon, but I can never hear what people say. so overall a nice quiet Saturday night for two people to chat and dress up with the others and I would definitely return.
