Kfc Portsmouth Pompey Centre - Southsea

This is 100% the worst KFC I have ever eaten from. Who runs this place? As not once have they ever got my order right. I would suggest employing people that can count pieces of chicken or that have just a little pride in what they are doing. The food is appalling! Dripping in grease, missing items, hairs in the chips, batter like a stodgy lump at the bottom of the box! It’s gives other KFC restaurants a bad name. Just avoid this place like the plague!

The utterly incompetent and disrespectful staff of this establishment not only tarnish the good name of KFC, but tarnish the name of customer service in general. they are rude, stubborn and slow. i ordered a three piece meal, repeating my order twice for the clearly slow worker on the till. i still managed to get the wrong food, along side two of my friends, none of us received exactly what we ordered, somethings were missing and somethings were flat out wrong. When we confronted the manager she shrugged and walked off, blatantly disregarding us. Definitely a place to give a miss when there’s a McDonalds across the road.

They only had one machine working and the others were crashed. The two young girls on the tills were very rude and didn’t know the menu. They were moaning about being on the drive through and leaning over the counter on their elbow. They looked bored. The floors weren’t clean and the area was very dirty. Given barely any food which was ridiculous. The chips were an extra small when we ordered a large. All this is after the refurb!!! I wouldn’t recommend here!

Only 1 self order screen working Get to the basket and it crashes Floors filthy and restaurant is freezing cold Toilets are disgusting 1 urinal filled with paper The other covered in **** Food was quick 2 fillets have no coating Most of the chicken is dripping in oil, so much so that it’s leaking through the bottom of the box. Guy in front orders a fillet burger and then comes back to counter as he has no bun. I have no idea how you can make a burger and forget the bun. No wonder delivery companies are so busy. Visiting is horrible.

This is the worst kfc store I have been. Floors are dirty and grease same as the washroom. They need to clean it properly
