Cabana And Lounge - Southport

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the cabana bar. The live DJ was fantastic. The food was tasty overall, though the churros didn’t meet my expectations, and one of our dishes didn't arrive until we reminded the staff, which took a bit of time. However, I will definitely return. I appreciate that the Sharks club allows guests to order from other areas in case they're not satisfied with the cabana menu. One of our friends even brought in some hot chips from another café, which were delicious. Since it’s an open space without air conditioning, it was a bit warm during our visit, but we were able to head to the Sharks area afterward to cool off.

This was our 3rd visit to the Cabana bar . The first two were great experiences. We arrived this time to be told there was no food service in the lounge. Wr should have been told when booking. We asked to have our screen dropped down as it was very very eindy and cold and to have the heater on, which neither happened . There was one person behind the bar who was making cocktails and couldn't serve us. So we waited for about 20 minutes, still no service so we walked out to the rooftop bar Aviary, excellent! Our previous experience had been excellent

Food was amazing, dessert bar was brilliant. Fireworks were good. For NYE events and being a cocktail bar, cocktails should be served past 10pm. DJ could be louder. We weren’t seated in a cabana which was a little disappointing but overall we enjoyed the night and thought it was good value for money!
