Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Southlake

So glad there?s another location! This is in the old Starbucks spot. The Island Green is my favorite! Today is opening day and they were quick, super friendly, had a raffle spin the wheel while you waited for your order, and the smoothie was perfect!

Overall a generally mid experience. Stopped by to try it out after hearing it had just opened. I do understand they had just opened but as I walked in at 1:26 and only had my order taken at 1:31 with no one standing to order was a little disappointing. The size is nice for the price but the taste of my mango smoothie was borderline enjoyable. There just wasn?t any flavor present in the cup. Went in with $6 and left with a mid drink.

This was the nastiest smoothie I?ve ever had. First of all, it was blended with ice and water so what exactly am I paying for? Girl at the register was rude, and basically felt like I just threw $20 in the trash. At least it wasn?t McDonald?s?.

First order was great. Second order missed 60% of the items (as in chips). I ordered through Uber, and Uber was worthless in resolving the problem. I called TSC and they told me 30 minutes after I received my order that I could come in and get the rest of my order. After working all day and having to pick up my husband at the airport, I am stunned at the lack of customer service between the two businesses.

Love the fresh fruits used in the smoothies here! Have been trying to avoid the usual chemicals flavored and colored, but more popular drive through versions. So glad little one can enjoy real fruits in a smoothie and very well blended. She likes the Blimey Limey and the Jetty. The best part is the manager (Ariel? was very helpful to customize for us vegetarians by making the pesto Flatbread without the chicken for us even when we are there for the Tuesday special deals! She remembers her customers and always so pleasant ????????????
