The Cheesecake Factory - Southlake

The service was great! The food was served hot and delicious! After our meal our party of 7 all asked for the holiday peppermint bark cheesecake. We were told the restaurant already sold out for the holidays. I asked, “you have the door clings and the gift card table advertising the peppermint bark, why”? The server was polite and was not sure but she could get the manager and ask. It’s not necessary, unless the manager was going to bring us some! Needless to say only 3 of us ordered another flavor. Next time remove your promotional ads if you’re sold out! Side note: we came during thanksgiving for the holiday pumpkin cheesecake and it was frozen…but available to-go, if we wanted. SMH…

I suggest to always get a reservation if you go on weekend . Plenty parking behind

Love the design on the inside, but food was bland, no seasoning. Over priced for the quality of food. Server came to our table 2 times during the whole time. Extremely loud where you couldn't even talk to your spouse.

Great food, atmosphere and service after seated. But, bar tenders obviously need help. Not just terrible service...try no service. I was totally ignored at the bar for over 10 minutes while waiting for table. Was never asked what I wanted...they both just kept walking by.

We had excellent service for them being so busy. The food was delicious! We had Calamari for our starter plate, it was really good. I had for the first time Bistro Shrimp Pasta. My goodness it was so good. It’s now a new favorite dish.
