I had higher expectations for this place. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my hopes.

There is no point in making reservations. They don’t hold any tables nor have any system in place for it. It’s first come, first serve. We waiting over 30mins to have anyone come greet our table. No drinks. No menus except one that a prior party left behind. The dipping sauces that come along with the chips are served in small to-go containers. Not nearly close enough to justify what you are paying. The dinner portion was accurately proportioned and had okay taste for essentially being bar food ambiance. For two appetizers, 5 meals (including one children’s) 4 soft drink, 2 milk shakes, and one alcoholic drink, we spent $177.00. Not even CLOSE to being worth it. We later went on to the arcade area, dropped another $150 on a card to play only to have the large attractions (all of them) closed. ON A SATURDAY?! The bumper cars, climbing wall and virtual reality are only Monday through Friday. Who is going to an arcade during the work week school week. It’s not worth any of the hype. Just go to any location of any other arcade near you. You’ll have the same experience, maybe better.

Great place. Would recommend to others to go out and enjoy.

Took my 3 sons and the experience was bad. Staff not helpful. Some games worked some different. Staff didn’t know how to operate the vr and some attractions was not working. The food was gd tho.

First time here, my daughter wanted to come here for family fun time on her birthday. We went on a Thursday to avoid crowds or too many kids and that part worked out great. Bowling was great. Service was slow while bowling and we were told they were short staffed, however, I would think service for drinks and food would be faster with little to no customers there. Also there were plenty of Reps standing around taking but I still ended up getting my own drinks from the bar while waiting my turn to bowl. We were looking forward to the gravity ropes, bumper cars, virtual gaming but none were available, again we were told it was due to being short staffed. Sucks because we drove almost 2 hours to get there. Maybe during peak/busy hours things are better idk.
