Tim Hortons - Southfield

Never do they have anything you request. The panini press is down. Breakfast is sold out before breakfast is over. It takes them almost 5 minutes to get to the speaker to take your order. Better attitudes and better service is definitely needed.

Worst breakfast I've ever had from Tim Hortons. My hash brown was soggy and just tossed into the bag, the sausage on my sausage egg and chz didn't seemed cooked. And the mocha iced cap was just thrown together and barely blended. Went to bigby after.

Went to this Tim Hortons on Southfield and 13 mile road in the middle of the afternoon and they were closed. Closing hours say 9pm.

If I could give a negative 0 I would ! This place is out of order and never has my order right! please train employees to make drinks properly along with a good attitude ! I?m not coming back here for awhile ?????

Hire better immediately, the quality of this Tim Hortons has gone down drastically, the coffee is garbage, never made right. There?s no atmosphere, the employees look like and show that they don?t want to be there so treatment of the customers is trash.
