Tim Hortons - Southfield

Was not in a minute to tim and had the best service this morning! april had the brightest customer service personality I've ever seen! Eating was great?!

The young lady at the drive thru window is absolutely beautiful and polite and I look forward to seeing her every morning! Her customer service skills are superb!

100%! I frequent a LOT of Tim Hortons, and this is one of the best! I have a simple order, bagel, double toasted w/cream cheese, and the Tim's by my house always only microwaves the bagel. At this store, my bagel was perfectly hot and crispy edges. My coffee was the perfect temperature. And April at the drive thru window is happy and kind. You can see he smile through her mask. It's such a little thing, a coffee and a bagel, but done right, it sets the tone for your day. Thank you! This place is really doing something right.

Went through the drive through and got the wrong item. Long wait. Coffe was not the best also.

Customer service is a hit or miss. They have 2 drive thrus but only 1 is available. Since this place opened i have never seen 2 of them being open. There is usually a long line and inconvenient if u have to stop and wait on Ford Rd. Would i recommend it? Meh, yes and no, depending on the traffic... fyi, prices have gone up tremendously, think about it $2 for a small black coffee ?! But i guess we can blame it on Covid like everything else...
