Starbucks - Southfield

Whoever the drive was thru 10/6/22 at 1:15 was extremely rude. I asked about milk in my coffee (the same order I every day for years, she insisted that I get a latte and literally would not let me order my drink. I always came to this place and never had to worry about this or someone as rude as she was. she talked to me like I was stupid and was so rude. will not come back.

The place was a little dirty. coffee tasted good, friendly staff, good service

The barista called say should be in the operating instructions for making drinks! they are the best manufacturer still!

Hours are very incompatible for this particular location. they never really know when they are open or what days they are open. sometimes a random note on the door or auto thru is what they let know. that must be better.

Large lobby, great team of workers, excellent craftsmanship. Other Starbucks in the area should take notes
