Starbucks - Southfield

I make a point to pass two other locations to get to this one. The service is excellent, and their recommendations have always been on point. My only complaint is that certain items are rarely in stock.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. As someone who has appreciated coffee my whole life, this place has completely soured me on it. I doubt I’ll ever enjoy coffee the same way again, as just the smell will bring back memories of the negative experience I had here. I won’t be returning to this location—or any other—because I’ve decided to live without the energy and joy that coffee once brought me. I hope they’re satisfied with that outcome.

The server had a bit of an attitude and came off as somewhat rude. The atmosphere was quite dark and heavy. If you're looking to have a positive day, I would recommend avoiding this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. I waited for 10 minutes, and during that time, the staff just ignored me while they continued serving at the window. There were three employees present, but instead of attending to customers, they were joking around about the music. Ultimately, I decided to leave. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks.

I would not recommend visiting this location. The staff were unkind, and the wait time was excessively long—something I understand can happen at Starbucks, but rude service makes it unacceptable. To top it off, they didn't even fill my cup properly. I paid for a full Starbucks drink, not whatever they decided to give me. There are plenty of other Starbucks locations where you're likely to receive better service. Proceed at your own risk.
