This location especially has ALWAYS been good for me my family. Great service, large menu more than adequate portions. Love the FRESH veggies that are included with entrees. I ordered a salad and was missing the dressing. I called to the restaurant to see what could be done. I was rudely told that they could not do anything for me by Ali, and not even for the next time. I went on to explain that I have never been treated like this when I have ordered from the establishment several times. I was told by Ali to “Shut the hell up” and then he hung up on me. I went to the restaurant to return the food and get a refund. I was told, “I’m not giving you anything.” Ali then threw my food in the garbage, and he told me that my food was in the garbage and I’m not getting a refund. I asked to speak with a person in charge, and he told me that there was no one to speak with. Ultimately, I had to call the Southfield police.
