Jersey Mike's Subs - Southfield

I had a great sub that was served warm and exactly how I preferred it, without a wrap or bun. The ingredients were fresh and the portion size was generous. The service was also excellent, despite the restaurant being busy. The cashier welcomed me warmly and accommodated my request for extra wrap on the side, along with extra banana peppers and tomatoes. I would definitely consider returning to this location in the future.

This is my second review for this restaurant in my neighborhood. I placed my order through the app and the sandwich was completely wrong. The bread was incorrect, there was no chipotle mayo, and it lacked flavor entirely. It's a shame because I have been to the Livonia Middlebelt location and they are fantastic. The Greenfield Southfield location could definitely learn a thing or two from them. I would not recommend this location.

My food had always been great until today. The order was wrong and I'm saddened because I was looking forward to eating favorite meal from there. #9!

I visited this restaurant around 6:30 pm and the service was excellent. My sandwich was delicious and even though it is located on a busy street, it was definitely worth the drive. The manager, Rachel, was fantastic!
