Happy's Pizza - Southfield

Excellent manager. But the food taste terrible and not worth anyone's money or time

It took TWO HOURS for a pizza. Then when I called, I was put on hold for ten minutes until I finally hung up because no one answered. Second time they’ve done this to me. Do not go here if you’re hungry and want to eat.

1 hour and 53 min and counting waiting for our delivery and we are only 6 min away…. Call back and worst customer service without any accountability!!! Finally received cold food 2 hours later. Order 122 on 8/24/21.

The manager/owner is INCREDIBLE. I wish he worked at a better restaurant as he is one of the best managers/owners I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. The food is absolutely terrible though. After years of trying Happy's, I've come to the conclusion they just do not make good food. They have the worst pizza around by far but it's made a bit better by the outstanding manager/owner.I would not recommend coming here as the food is abysmal but the manager/owner is a cut above the food they are forced to serve.

Food was good management and the staff Paid special attention to the customers.
