Five Guys - Southfield

I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants, but my experience at Five Guys on Greenfield Road truly impressed me. Everything went so smoothly, and the highlight was the excellent communication among the staff. I even took the time to find out who the manager was—his name is Marcus. I can honestly say that this was the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Marcus, keep up the great work! We all appreciate a bit of happiness during lunchtime. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

The food had the potential to be excellent, but my experience was disappointing. I arrived around 10 PM, placed my order, and then found myself waiting for a long time. It seemed like they prioritized their takeout orders, and by the time I finally received my meal, my burger and fries were cold. I was very hungry and ended up eating, but it was frustrating to see that they focused on takeout orders while I was dining in the restaurant.

The quality of the food is top-notch—everything I ordered was delicious. The free roasted peanuts were a great way to start, followed by perfectly cooked French fries that were crispy and flavorful. The cheeseburger was simply outstanding; it was juicy and packed with flavor. The service was exceptional as well, making the entire experience even better. The atmosphere, though experienced through takeout, seems inviting and well-maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
