Contribuiți la feedbackWas in Southern Pines for the weekend with my daughter. Stopped in the place on both days. Real good ice cream and some homemade with local ingredients.
We explored Southern Pines over the weekend. After having dinner, it was so hot I suggested ice cream to my husband. There was a little bit of a wait, but when I got up to the counter, I made sure to ask if they had homemade ice cream because I prefer it. It’s the smaller area that houses the homemade options. After tasting a few. I decided on the strawberry homemade ice cream, and it was really fresh tasting and good! I could tell that it was popular because the young woman was scraping nearly at the end of the ice cream container. My husband went with something from the Hershey’s ice cream section. I have never liked to buy ice cream that you can buy in a store from any ice cream parlor. I am so happy they had homemade options. PS there was a lavender option. I have some friends that would love to try this! Check it out! Enjoy!
Upon walking into the restaurant, owner Anthony made me navigate through obstacles to receive my cold food. To my dismay, the ice cream they served me contained rat bones.
The food was delicious! We ordered the homemade ice cream and my husband really enjoyed the cookies and cream flavor.
The food and ice cream at this restaurant are fantastic, and the service is very friendly. I would give it 5 stars, but there were too many flies around after I finished my meal.
