Broad Street Grill - Southern Pines

What happened to this place?! They used to have the best burger in town, and perhaps still do. However, when I went in today to get this great burger, they tried to make me fill out an information form and pay $1 to become a member before I could order and eat said burger. I just want a burger. I don't want to give you all of my information (mailing address, email, phone, much more). No doubt this was a scheme to gain more regular customers, but they just lost one. What a stupid stupid stupid stupid idea.

Twice I have received sub standard food, both times were wings ordered for delivery arriving with absolutely zero sauce. The second time I ordered double sauce thinking this would catch their attention. Apparently that requires more effort as the technique failed. Questionable employees intelligence that replaced double sauce with none. Their solution? A credit that disappears, the second time the exact same offer as if rehearsed. At a$1.50 a wing, you would think they could at least get some sauce on them. Walk away, let this place fail. Don't believe me? Ask yourself, how hard is it to make wings with a sauce, yet fail multiple times.

I like the chill fries and beer is cold. Outdoor seating with a bar and music box. Also room for live music so will check back.

This has got to be one of the worst bars here in Southern Pines. The owner doesn't care to hire hard working respectful employees. The food has gone bad. The prices have gone up. The service is just below the quality you get from a gas station employee. It's hard to feel respected or liked as a regular when the staff is ever changing. It's pathetic how they are still in business. Do better Phil.

My favorite bar. The bartenders are nice and chill. The beer is cold and not expensive. The nachos are the best nachos I have ever had in my life! You have to pay a dollar to be a member because of some the laws about bars here, yeah it's not great but when the beer is 2 or 3 dollars it is worth it.
