Arrowhead - Southbury

Terribly disorganized...incredibly slow service 45 minutes and still waiting for my food. We are here for a conference and broke for a one hour lunch. They offered an express menu ...there are 18 patrons here and most ordered salad I was just informed my order was forgotten I will never return here!

Don't eat here if you can help it. If you can't help it, eat something safe like a chicken quesadilla or burger and even then don't expect much. The ambiance is too bright and the staff seems inexperienced in terms of what customers want when dining. Plus the price is highway robbery!You're better off walking two doors down to Patty's Pantry for some fried chicken to go, which personally is something I hardly eat, but way tastier so that says a lot.

Great relaxing spot to come after work. Located in the lobby level of the hotel, the bartender is friendly and makes an excellent **** Mary. 2 big TVs with ESPN on to catch the latest game or sports news. Quiet hotel bar, just how I like it. Bar is well stocked and has great tap options too.

Meh...thats pretty much my feeling on this place. As a southbury resident, I 'll never go back again. Service was soooooo slow, nice waitress but we waited an obscene amount of time for everything. And I have no idea where they get lounge idea from. It 's half a dozen tables that look like they belong in a Dunkin donuts with a well stocked bar and a juke box. Having said that, drinks were devent, food was good. Just an awkward environment with not enough staff.

Have been here multiple times. Only attentive person who waits on her customers is the bartender Desiree. She runs arounds acting as manager, waitress and bartender and is amazing. So funny and great personality. Food is good, burgers are cooked really well too.
