The food was truly terrible. Sent chicken livers back 3 times! Everything drowning in oil. Even my pasta was drowning in oil. Ludicrous high prices for terrible food. (No wonder the restaurant was empty) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 500+

I tell it like it is food not worth having dead taste not even hospital food tastes so bad . They use microwave to warm up the food not cooked fresh and this is a hospitality place the manager tried to be nice I feel bad because he gets paid to be nice over horrible food . Save your money the food is not worth it in this place . Thanks to the staff kzn people are so polite I don't blame them I blame owners who wanna make money without spending any money. Stayed there for my dad 's birthday. He ordered a steak with mushrooms and hand cut fries. Waitress brought a plate with streak and roasted vegetables instead. We told the waitress it was the incorrect order but she said they were out of mushrooms. She could have informed us of this beforehand so we could have changed the order. My sister and I ordered the chicken chow mein but the chicken was still pink on the inside. Waitress (Theodore) seemed annoyed with us when we complained about the food even though we didn 't request for the kitchen to redo or replace the order. Furthermore we were told they will do a Happy Birthday message on the dessert plate but it was not done. Later on after we left the restaurant I called the restaurant to find out if they possibly had any candles or a lighter for a birthday cake we had. The person who answered put me on hold for over 15mins then someone cut the call without checking if someone was still on the line. Really disappointing service.
