Terrible leadership. Terrible training. Lying and conniving supervisors who actively force out promising or capable employees. They especially hate English speaking people. Fire all floor managers, especially Brian. Fire staffing agent Ariel. Train anything in Spanish. Pay hardest jobs more than easy ones. Emptying trays of cookies right out of the oven by hand leaving boiling blisters is not the same as sticking labels on unformed boxes and stacking em.
