Subway - Southbridge

This place has improved greatly since my last visit. I am happy to say that I no longer have to deal with cramped seating that made it difficult to stretch my legs.

Awful experience. I requested a specific dish that they didn't have, but instead of being upfront about it, they attempted to substitute it with something completely different. Additionally, I tried to use a coupon from an app and they went through the entire online redemption process before informing me that they don't accept coupons. We will not be returning.

Horrible! Does not honor coupons and prices are waaay over priced and much higher than other Subways. Also, the bread is stale and veggies not that fresh.

After a disappointing experience with almost no food at Subway, it was rated as the worst. I can't understand how they couldn't find anything to eat there.

I was happy because the guy changed his gloves between touching money and food!
