Mcdonald's - Southbridge

3 times I been here and every time it's wrong. How hard is it to not put cheese on a burger. I went back this last time and they did to the burger again. They clearly are either incompetent or just don't care. It's not Iike was mean when ordering either. I said a double quarter no cheese please and every time they put cheese on it

This McDonald's is ridiculous. I cannot remember the last time I came through the drive through and was not asked to pull into a spot to wait for my food. Even when no one is in line behind me. Even when I place my order ahead of time. And 9 times out of 10, I have to go in because they got our order wrong. This is the only McDonald's I have this issue at.

So, I'm curious as to why these folks are so clueless when it comes to special orders? EXTRA PICKLE, EXTRA ONION, AND NO KETCHUP. . . Soooo.... What does that get you? Extra ketchup and no pickles and zero onions... I almost feel like asking what's 2 2, how do you spell cat, where do you work? This happened the past 3 visits honestly, so shame on me for expecting more. To leave another review means that I'm just settling for less, and expecting disappointment when I hand over a slew of my hard earned bucks to help support their easy earned bucks, seeing McDonald's has zero expectations concerning their employees. Won't be falling for this again, or will I? Expect the best and hold your breath, cuz your mystery order is coming right up!!!?

The gentleman in charge as Manager has changed this place for the better! My husband and I frequent this place often and the place is definitely being run so much better now! Hopefully he stays the manager and keeps this McDonald's going great!!!!

The staff was very rude and simply kept up without saying anything and took them 20 minutes, even taking are order and still rude! probably not back to this!
