Dunkin' - Southbridge

This restaurant is very hectic, especially with the drive-thru being of top priority. It seems like customers who go inside are not given the same attention, which is unfair to those trying to save time by avoiding the long drive-thru line. I waited 13 minutes before my order was taken, and then an additional 12 minutes for payment and preparation. In total, I spent 28 minutes at this restaurant, not exactly what I consider "quick eating."

I requested a burger with just bacon and cheese, no mayo due to my severe allergy. The server was attentive and made sure my order was correct. When I arrived at my destination this morning and opened the package, I realized that I will be ordering from this restaurant in Southbridge regularly from now on.

It took 20 minutes just for them to tell us that they didn't have anything we were looking for.

Could be a bit more attentive to the front counter. employees turn as if they forget that customers use the lobby. besides. great service has never hurt. do they keep the good work baristas?
