Cold Stone Creamery - Southborough

Terrible experience! I spent $40 on three ice cream dishes, and they barely had any toppings. One of the dishes even came without whipped cream, which you have to pay extra for. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Save your money!

This restaurant is always fantastic, and I will definitely order from them again. However, there were some issues with this particular order. One item had the wrong ice cream flavor, and the other, the apple pie, had peanut butter mixed in as if the scooper had just scooped up peanut butter right before. Still, it's a great place, despite the ordering errors.

The ice cream is delicious, but the service during pick-up was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and did not greet customers, and they were also serving people out of order. There's a reason to order ahead, and it's frustrating to still have to wait 15 minutes for your order upon arrival.

The restaurant does not allow customers to use the restroom and has a misleading sign hanging that claims it's "out of order." The customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this location.

I went to pick someone up and ended up hanging out in a hotboxed car. While that had nothing to do with the restaurant itself, I'm sure their ice cream is delicious!
