The food was not tasty at all. The place needed some cleaning, especially the bathroom!

Convid-19 wait time, it’s a normal thing now. Service was great.

My daughter took me out to dinner and it was outstanding. From the food to the waitress it all was wonderful

Not the best experience but not the worst either Food was mainly the problem Having to constantly send the food back was definitely the problem Broccoli old Steak was cooked medium rare asked for well done then brought back SAME steak ! UNSANITARY Spoke to manager $11 off ticket like the steak actually costed that much! Waiter attitude wasn’t the best but she still did her job so I can’t blame her for the kitchen messup Also no salmon in restaurant which was irritating and disappointing because thats why i came there Overall I highly doubt ill be back to this location New management please! Definitely not organized enough also waiters were passing by cussing underneath they breathe about other employees n staff

The restaurant needs to improve its cleanliness; there were paper towels and straws scattered on the floor at the entrance and throughout the dining area. The manager was constantly walking around with a tablet but didn’t engage with customers at their tables. Our waitress seemed inexperienced, and the service was quite slow. She attempted to serve three tables at once, likely in an effort to be more efficient, but it didn’t work well. We waited 20-25 minutes for our appetizer, and then our main course arrived just two minutes later. To make matters worse, when my daughter opened her bag, an ant crawled out, and shortly after, we noticed four more ants crawling on our table. When I informed the manager, she dismissed it, claiming the ants must have come in through the window, showing no concern or offering any solutions. After an exhausting 1.5 hours waiting for our food, I just wanted to leave. Red Lobster has really declined, and this was a terrible experience that I won’t be repeating. It’s disappointing that this restaurant is even listed on OpenTable.
