O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Southaven

Brittany always takes excellent care of us. She mentioned how pleasantly surprised the kitchen was when my husband requested Nashville hot chicken tenders for his chicken tender salad. The food was fantastic, and the hot rolls are absolutely addictive. The highlight was when my husband, too full for pie, inquired about the price for a whole pie since we could share it in six pieces. It turned out to be a great deal! When I asked Brittany if she could decorate it, her face lit up with excitement, and she said it made her day! As you can see, she's truly an artist! We'll definitely be back!

O'Charley's Restaurant in Southaven, MS, is a fantastic dining spot. We experienced a short wait time, the host was welcoming, and our waitress was exceptional. The restaurant was tidy and clean, which is always a plus. Our meals arrived promptly, although the appetizer was served after the main dishes. We ordered spinach dip, which was just average this time. However, the steak was tender, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. The mac-n-cheese and broccoli were also great. My wife enjoyed the blackened salmon, broccoli, and loaded potatoes, and I couldn't resist sneaking a taste of the perfectly cooked salmon. For dessert, my wife took home peach cobbler and ice cream, which were delightful — though I didn't manage to get a picture of it, unfortunately! The waitress had mentioned the cobbler a day or two ago, expressing her hesitance to serve it until she tried it again, and it seems it met her standards today! I appreciated her honesty. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about this place, and we will definitely return.

Sarge was not only excellent at her job but also incredibly patient with us, even with some members of our group arriving late. Without us having to ask, she anticipantly refilled our drinks and attended to all our needs, which made the experience enjoyable for everyone, including my two-year-old grandson. It's refreshing to encounter a waiter who truly values good customers and goes the extra mile to show it. I highly recommend asking for Sarge if you visit; she'll demonstrate what an exceptional server really is. Every restaurant could benefit from having someone like her on their team. Be sure to tip her well—she definitely deserves it!

Our waiter was the best I had in recent years, especially since the pandemic. I haven't been in this restaurant for over a year because of bad service and eating was not even good. cooked our food perfectly. it was very delicious. our server sarge was excellent and patient with us, although some of our party was too late. we never asked for fillings, she was exactly there what our needs were. it made this experience the best for all 4 of us and my 2 yr old grandson. thanks to the quality there are still waiters who appreciate good customers and let them know. when they ask for sarge there they will see what a big server is. each restaurant needs a guide like them. tap them well, they are worth it

She let us know how pleasantly surprised the kitchen was on my nave and demanded nashville hot chicken tsarte for his chicken tender salad. that was great. hot rolling are addicted. the best was because we were too full for cake, my man asked how much a whole cake would be, as we could cut him into six pieces, it was a lot. When I asked her if she could decorate it, she said excited that we just made her day! as they can see, she is an artist! we're coming back!
