Mcdonald's - Southaven

McDonalds is McDonalds. All over the world, they are the same, the food is the same and the overworked,underpaid staff are the same. Managers are overpaid and under trained.

Rude, just flat out rude. Customer service is very bad and the order was all wrong. That's what happen when you hire children dad to say. How are you gonna have me wait for cold food and don't give me everything I ordered. 40.00 down the drain.

While my food was hot, it would be nice to have people handing me my food who knows what they signed up for when they did the application for to work at the establishment. When I arrived at the second window, I wave my hand to get the attention of the young lady because I wanted to change my drink of choice, she just looked at me and never opened the window to see what I wanted. She opened the window and silently handed me my food. I guess she doesn’t realize that me coming through the drive through purchasing food is how she gets paid. It was a very unpleasant experience. We are doomed if they are truly our future…

The food was good. my complaint is that the staff was not friendly and I couldn't help anyone. no one was focused on the dinning rooms customers. if they cannot be harassed, at least make ketchup and salt etc. without help available. also the app allowed mayo on the burger not.

If I could give it something lower I would. The ridiculous wait time was the least of my concern because the service was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the window to get my food, my order was not correct. The person at the window argued with me about what I had ordered and she was very rude. Because we had already waited over 20 mins I decided not to go back and forth with her and I took my food and left. The food was very cold and no where near fresh. I did call the complaint line left a message. I have not been contacted back. It has been 3 days. I WILL NEVER VISIT this location again.
