Despite attempting to notify them that I had not placed an order, they ignored me and then tried to avoid making eye contact. They mistakenly thought I was trying to bypass the order at the window, but I wanted to let them know I did not have an order and wished them a nice day. I was one of only two cars in line, making the poor service even more disappointing. It appears that the staff, likely teenagers, lack the hospitality training required for a Chick-Fil-A employee. It is best to avoid this place unless you have plenty of time to spare – you would be better off eating at home.

When I went back to the window, which was now locked, I was told that I had not paid for it. I explained that I didn't know because I had not been given a receipt. The employee's language skills were very poor and it was frustrating that they could not communicate properly. It's disappointing that young adults are unable to speak effectively.
